1. Free samples are available to UK residents only. Unfortunately, we are unable to send swatches or samples internationally.
2. Free lampshade samples are limited to 6 per person.
3. Samples cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
4. We are not responsible for any samples that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
5. Lead times may vary and are subject to availability.
