Understanding the Vision

Our talented team of product designers will take your brief or sketch and meticulously craft 3D technical drawings, working diligently until you are fully satisfied with the design.

Design & Development

Once the design is finalised, we sample and have regular check-ins to keep you up to date with your project as well as developing drawings & visuals to illustrate how the finished project will look.

Engineering & Manufacturing

Our team is adept at value engineering designs, balancing design intent with with budget to deliver each piece through a bespoke production process, backed by rigorous quality control and exceptional craftsmanship.

Delivery & Installation

Punctual delivery is key to bespoke project success; our project team ensures each delivery meets our clients’ specific needs, and can flex to suit any brief.

Kenneth joined Heathfield & Co in 2008 with a specialism in the contract & hospitality sector. He now focuses on developing business throughout the UK, Europe & UAE. He is proud to have worked on projects close to home such as Loch Lomond & Gleneagles as well as projects further afield including One & Only Royal Mirage, Dubai & Rosewood Hotel, Munich.

As our COO, Robyn is responsible for the overall delivery of all projects; ensuring timelines and budgets are met through overseeing the full operational team and working in tandem with the project manager & coordinator.

Having joined Heathfield in 2012, James built up a high level of industry knowledge by initially working in the sales team. He now heads up the Operations team and is responsible for the overall delivery of all projects; ensuring timelines and budgets are met, working in tandem with the project coordinators.

With an extensive hospitality background, she previously led large-scale refurbishment projects across the South West, working with internal and external teams and stakeholders and managing multiple projects concurrently.

We do! Please complete our trade professional registration form and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Our trade professional customers can benefit from a dedicated account manager, competitive trade discounts, quote creating functionality and sample requests.

Our starting standard discount for Contract is 40%. For larger quantities or bigger projects, we can offer greater discounts on a case-by-case basis. If you have a specific budget in mind, please share it with us - small adjustments to the product can often bring it in line with your target.

Our on-site workshop allows us to customise many of our standard products to suit your project. If you love a design but need a different height, finish, or detail, just ask - we’re happy to arrange it.

Most designs in our collection can be value engineered to fit your budget. For example, we’ve recreated our Alabaster pendants in resin that closely resembles the natural stone. Our team balances design intent with cost requirements to make products work for your project.

We have forged relationships with a trusted network of specialist manufacturing partners & artisans with production and quality control overseen by our own team members in our factory in Tonbridge. In China we work exclusively with 3 factories that meet our standards and expectations. Our glass, ceramic and stone pieces are handmade by artisans in Europe. Everything is then brought into our UK workshop for final assembly, wiring and final quality control so you get the best craftsmanship from each region, but with the consistency and oversight of one manufacturer.

Lead times vary depending on the product and project size. If you have critical deadlines, please let us know. Thanks to long-standing supplier relationships across Europe and the world, we can sometimes work a little faster when needed.

We understand that selecting the right fabric, shade of wood, or textured ceramic is essential. We can provide samples to ensure we can realise your vision accurately. All our swatches and samples can be found online here

Mockup rooms can be arranged, though they tend to be more expensive due to tooling costs. If we win the project, the cost of the mockup can be credited towards the rollout.

All bespoke products are made to order and therefore we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.
