Introducing the Averra Collection

An ode to the avant-garde: Averra celebrates 100 years of Art Deco with sleek architectural shapes and luxurious materials.

A century since its arrival, Art Deco’s bold geometry and opulent spirit continues to shape our streets, our homes and the imagination of designers around the world. This Autumn/Winter, we are honouring its influence with the launch of Averra - a new lighting collection that reimagines the iconic 1920s movement through a modern lens. Elegant yet bold, Averra blends sleek architectural shapes with luxurious materials in a design-led tribute to Deco’s timeless appeal. The collection introduces seven new lighting designs across four families: Paloma, Dulcie, Maeve, and Maddox. From sweeping pendants and dramatic curved wall lights, Averra plays with light, shape, and texture – pairing strong silhouettes with softened, organic finishes.

Smaller and more refined than previous collections, Averra shines a light on glass – celebrating its sculptural qualities through innovative finishes and forms. For the first time, we worked with slumped glass – a technique where the material is gently melted over a mould to create a rippled almost water-like texture that is tactile and organic. Several of the pieces also feature a new ‘Mist’, which has a wispy, cloud-like finish that softens each design and introduces a serene, elevated neutral to the range.

The palette spans light brown and smoky neutrals, designed to sit quietly within a space while still holding presence. Satin Brass metalwork adds a sense of refinement, bringing warmth and contrast to the softly textured glass. Conical forms, wave-like contours, and a play on symmetry give a clear nod to the bold geometry and opulence of the Art Deco era – but these are not pastiches. Each design is created to elevate contemporary interiors, where heritage meets innovation and materials are celebrated for their sensory richness.

“Art Deco has always been associated with confidence and craftsmanship. With Averra we wanted to capture that spirit but strip it back – soften it – so that it feels luxurious but still incredibly liveable. There’s an inherent tension between the boldness of form and the delicacy of the materials, and that’s where the beauty lies.” - Hanna Russell, Head of Creative
