Heathfield collaborated with the hotel's interior designers and stylists to help create a unique and luxury interior for this historic hotel in the heart of Budapest.
Located in the heart of Budapest, the Grand Hotel Savoy first opened its doors in 1909. As a first-class hotel on the border of the Palace District, it became popular with artists and intellectuals.
Recently reopened, this historic building still holds its charm from the Art Nouveau era. However, the interior design scheme takes on a more modern approach. Furnishings have been carefully selected to create a sense of luxury and sophistication away from the busy streets. An installation of our showstopping Lunar and Nora pendants create the main focal point upon entering. A similar combination of these pendants has been used above the foyer bar, in conjunction with our Terra table lamps, adding an extra layer of elegance.
The unique atmosphere of the hotel entrance spills down into the restaurant. A wall of carefully positioned Orla wall lights begin the transition of style from the opulent lobby to the contemporary restaurant. Here, our Gabriella pendants have been paired with Halo wall lights to emit a soft glow creating a relaxing environment for guests to enjoy dining in.
