For River Birch, Panoramic Properties approached the six-month refurbishment with balance in mind, transforming a traditional apartment into a contemporary home that feels elegant yet relaxed. The scheme brings together rich materials, natural tones and carefully layered lighting to create an interior that feels considered from one room to the next.
In the main living area, a large Sloane chandelier takes centre stage, adding a sense of understated grandeur above the room. Finished in Satin Brass with fluted smoke glass, the chandelier pairs beautifully with the rich mocha tones and warm hues that run throughout the room. On the sideboard nearby, our Adora table lamps introduce an ambient layer of light.
Above the kitchen island, a trio of our Derwent pendants creates a simple yet striking feature within the kitchen. Their pared-back design complements the contemporary scheme, whilst providing the focused light needed for everyday cooking and gathering.
The hallway was designed as more than a passage between rooms. Often overlooked, these transitional areas play an important role in how a home is experienced, creating a sense of rhythm that carries throughout the interior. Here, a softer, more muted palette guides the journey through the apartment. Our Sierra pendants in Chalk provides a gentle focal point, while Thea wall lights in Smoke line the walls, casting a soft, diffused light.
The bedrooms offer a tranquil retreat, combining comfort, warmth and refined detailing. In the principal guest room, the Eden table lamp adds an earthy, grounding element with its green ceramic base, bringing character while enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.
The master suite embraces a brighter, more serene aesthetic, designed to bring a sense of calm and effortless luxury to everyday living. A large Sloane chandelier with crackle finish glass creates a moment of opulence alongside the room’s double-sided island headboard. Talia wall lights are integrated into the dressing mirror to create a beautiful reflective glow. Continuing the design language, a Talia pendant features in the adjoining dressing room.
