Navigating Your Trade Account

Your Trade Account gives you access to everything you need to specify, quote and order online. This guide will take you through how to log in and make the most of the features available through the portal.

Logging In to Your Trade Account
After registering for an online Trade Account, you’ll receive your unique Customer ID. Use this Customer ID along with your password to log in and access your account.

Access Your Trade Pricing
Your trade discount is automatically applied when you are logged in, so the prices you see reflect your account pricing across the website. 

Find Product Information
On each product page, you’ll find product dimensions, spec sheets, installation guides and available finishes. Once you select your chosen finish and lampshade (where applicable), you’ll also be able to view the current lead time.

Create Quotes and Place Orders
Need to send pricing to a client? You can create quotations directly through your account, selecting the products you need. When you’re ready to proceed, your quotation can be easily converted into an order, helping you keep everything together in one place.

Keep Track of Previous Orders
Your account keeps a record of your past orders, making it simple to revisit previous projects and check details.
