Panoramic Properties: Crafting Thoughtful, Inviting Interiors

An award-winning interior design studio based in Cheshire, specialising in luxury residential projects for clients in the UK and internationally.

Panoramic Properties is a Cheshire-based interior design studio creating distinctive residential interiors across the UK and internationally. Founded in 2010 by award-winning interior designer Adam Fadlé, the studio begins each project with an understanding of how its clients live – from the rhythms of everyday life to the way a home is used and experienced.

Working closely with each client, the team brings together materials, texture, architectural detail and considered lighting to create interiors that feel individual to the people who live in them, where character and creativity sit alongside a timeless approach to design.

QUICK FIRE QUESTIONS

Key trends shaping 2026/27 interiors?
Rich, warming colour palettes, natural materials with visible character and softer architecture styles.

Where to spend on a project?
Investing in bespoke cabinetry is one of the most impactful ways to elevate a home, particularly in key spaces such as the kitchen, dressing room, or living area. Custom joinery not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also maximises functionality and adds long-term value. Feature lighting is another worthwhile investment. A statement piece, such as a chandelier above a staircase or within an entrance hall, creates an immediate focal point and sets the tone for the rest of the home.

Where to save on a project?
Accessories are a great place to be creative without overspending. They don't have to be expensive to make an impact – simple additions such as coffee table books can help style a space and make it feel warm, inviting, and lived in. Fabrics are another area where you can balance your budget. Mixing cost-effective textiles with a few more luxurious pieces creates depth and interest, allowing you to achieve a high-end look without compromising on style.

Favourite room to design, and why?
The principal suite is always one of my favourite spaces to design. It typically incorporates a significant amount of bespoke cabinetry, from beautifully crafted headboards to fully tailored dressing rooms, creating a space that is both functional and deeply personal.

Top lighting tip or trick?
You can never have too much lighting. A well-designed layered lighting scheme allows you to create different moods throughout the day, transforming the look and feel of a space with ease.

Our Lighting Guide explores this layered approach in more detail.

Favourite Heathfield lamp?
One of our current favourites is the Florence Chandelier. We recently installed it in a formal lounge, where it hangs beautifully above a cluster of coffee tables, creating a striking focal point. The smoked textured glass catches and reflects the light beautifully, adding depth, warmth, and a sense of elegance to the space. It's a timeless statement piece that brings both sophistication and atmosphere to an interior.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT:
River Birch

A six-month refurbishment saw Panoramic Properties transform this Cheshire penthouse from a traditional apartment into a contemporary home with a greater sense of warmth and character.

Natural tones and layered materials run throughout the interior, with texture and lighting used to bring depth to each room. Together, they create a relaxed, cohesive interior with a strong sense of personality.
